Terms & Conditions

By enrolling your child or accessing the digital portals of Sahara Advanced World School (SAWS), parents, guardians, and students agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all academic modules, transport services, sports facilities, and school events.

Admission to Sahara Advanced World School is subject to passing eligibility metrics, document checks, and vacancies.

• All submitted documents (Birth Certificate, Transfer Certificate, Report Card) must be authentic. Any falsification leads to cancellation of admission.
• The school reserves the right to deny or withdraw admission based on disciplinary infractions or non-compliance with school rules.
• Enrolled students must maintain the minimum required attendance of 75% in an academic session to qualify for final promotions.

The school fees are calculated annually and are payable in four quarterly payments.

• Fees must be cleared by the 10th day of the starting month of each quarter. Late submissions attract a fine.
• Admission fees, registration charges, and quarterly tuition fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
• Non-payment of fees for more than two consecutive quarters may lead to the suspension of school services or removal of the student from rolls.

Sahara Advanced World School maintains high values of behavior and mutual respect.

• Bullying, verbal abuse, cyber-bullying, or physical altercation will be met with suspension or expulsion.
• Damage to school infrastructure, laboratories, or smart classroom boards will result in a restoration fine levied on the student.
• Students must wear the complete, approved school uniform on all working days and representing events.

All study guides, school software programs, digital dashboard codebases, graphics, logos, and portal designs are the exclusive property of Sahara Advanced World School. Copying, distributing, or publishing this material without explicit written clearance from the board is strictly prohibited.

Any disputes, claims, or legal complaints concerning the school's services, admissions, fee policies, or operations will be resolved through dialogue first. If unresolved, all legal proceedings will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Purnea, Bihar.
