Education is not merely the process of acquiring knowledge; it is the process of discovering one's potential, developing character and preparing oneself to make meaningful contributions to society.
As the Principal of Sahara Advanced World School, Purnea, I feel privileged to be part of an institution that believes in nurturing children not only for academic success but also for a fulfilling and responsible life.
With 27 years of experience in the field of education, including 10 years in the role of Principal, my journey has given me the opportunity to work closely with students, teachers, parents and educational institutions across different regions. These years have helped me understand that every child is different, every learner has unique abilities, and effective education begins when we recognise and respect those differences.
My experience across Bihar, Jharkhand and West Bengal has provided me with a broad understanding of diverse educational environments, communities and learning needs. Each institution and every group of students I have worked with has contributed something valuable to my perspective as an educator and educational leader.
